FORSTER Go!

New staff app.

All info to go and many other useful features are available from the new FORSTER Go! staff app.

As of 10 July, the new app can be accessed by all Forster staff members. In addition to supplying in-house news to go, the app covers a totally revised schooling and training programme. It offers numerous courses that were mostly developed by our
own staff members specifically for our own staff members. The result is an optimised internal knowledge transfer and greater collaboration between departments. To ensure that the trainers will be optimally prepared, a workshop entitled “Train the Trainer” was started already in the runup, to polish their presentation techniques and develop the first contents. Further courses, including language courses, are envisaged to expand the app’s offer. 

Digital networking

Events organised by the Forster Leisure Club will be offered on FORSTER Go! – to be booked directly through the app. In this way it is ensured that information will be promptly disseminated to all and event planning is facilitated. Currently, bookings are accepted for the Vision Run in St. Pölten and the 2023 company cycle tour across the lovely Mostviertel. More events are being planned.

Efficiency for day-to-day work

Much of the organisational routine can be handled through the app: Forster staff members can access FORSTER Go! to file their vacation plans and order their lunch. Forster-funded lunch has been available to staff for many years, but the process has now been greatly simplified. Vegetarian or vegan lunch? No problem. The menu names both options.
